Spaghetti Squash Casserole

   Spaghetti squash with broccoli in marinara sauce with cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano and basil, topped off with bread cubes.

Stuffed Zucchini with Turkey Sausage


Zucchini and Turkey, add some Parmesan cheese and white wine and you have a nice warm dinner that is full of great taste.


 

 Five-Spice Turkey & Lettuce Wraps


A blend of urkey, brown rice and chestnuts wrapped up in Boston lettuce.  A scrumptious lunch or dinner entree.

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Italian turkey sausage, yellow squash, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers and garlic tossed with some farfalle and topped with parmesan cheese.  Delicious with a little spice.

  Vegetable and Chickpea Curry
Aromatic Indian spices mingled with chickpeas, green beans and potatoes.  Coconut milk is stirred into the cooked curry for a creamy finish.  Serve over quick-cooking couscous.


  Hungarian Beef Goulash
Beef stew meat, onions, tomatoes, red bell pepper and garlic mixed in a beef broth.  Cook in a crockpot on low all day. Dinner with minimal effort.
